What we get asked every time.
How many minutes will my tenants use?
On average, half a minute per door per month, measured across our clients. For 500 doors, that is about 250 minutes, roughly $150 per month in calls. You track your usage in real time in your portal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment: cancel whenever you want. The 12-month commitment exists for one reason: it cuts your setup fee by 50%. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, the other half of the setup fee becomes payable, that's all.
How long does setup take?
Three days once we have access to your systems: connecting your property management software, configuring your buildings and instructions, testing with you, going live.
What is Olivia?
Your executive assistant. You talk to her by voice and she runs your portfolio with you: follow-ups, reminders, recaps of what Simon and Maude did. $350 per month, whatever your portfolio size.
